The deep blues club exists as an organisation to promote live music events, bringing the best of blues to York.

The intention is to:

• increase interest in blues through a reputable and unique regular event
• feature acclaimed local, national, and international artists
• cover the full range of blues styles
• keep events accessible through minimum entrance fees
• put all profits back into the organisation to sustain and develop its programme of events

As the only blues club in the region, we are a community-based voluntary organisation serving the people of York and its surrounding area.
